With a competitive pay range of $18.50 - $21.50 per hour, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication. Your day as a Direct Support Professional

As a Direct Support Professional at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler, your daily responsibilities will focus on providing individualized support to clients with disabilities. You'll assist with personal care, daily living activities, and social integration, ensuring that each individual leads a fulfilling and independent life. Expect to help clients set and achieve personal goals and facilitate community outings that encourage socialization and skill-building.
