The Catering Services Supervisor is responsible for managing daily food service operations, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling. They must ensure food safety, maintain accurate inventory, and oversee the efficient preparation and serving of meals according to departmental policies.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have the ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain emotional control under stress. Strong organizational skills and the ability to complete a sanitation course within the first year are required.
Responsible for the supervision, training, and management of the food service operation. Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served.
