The Clinical Supervisor provides direct oversight to the dermatology clinical team, managing patient flow and staff performance to ensure high-quality care. They serve as the primary liaison between providers and clinical staff while managing supplies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
A high school diploma and at least two years of supervisory experience in a medical environment are required. Experience in a dermatology office and general medical office experience are preferred.

Who are we looking for as a Clinical Supervisor?
The Clinical Supervisor will provide direct oversight to the dermatology clinical team at their assigned location. The ideal Clinical Supervisor candidate is positive, energetic, intelligent, highly dependable, organized, and can multi-task. This position serves as the primary point of contact for concerns related to the day-to-day operations of the clinical side of the practice, working collaboratively with Providers, Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, Office Managers, and patients.
