Overview

Applift seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to serve as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong connections with our customer base, securing long-term partnerships, promoting the adoption of our tools, obtaining referrals, identifying potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and fostering customer loyalty. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships to broaden our clientele and for implementing revenue-generating strategies within the company.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic global accounts from onboarding through renewal.

This is a highly commercial role, ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships while driving measurable business outcomes. You'll serve as the primary strategic advisor for your customers, helping them grow their business while owning retention, expansion, and overall account success.

What You'll Do

Own Strategic Customer Relationships

• Own a portfolio of high-value strategic customers throughout their entire lifecycle- from onboarding to renewal.
• Become your customers' strategic advisor by understanding their business goals and helping them achieve measurable growth.

Drive Commercial Growth

• Own customer retention and expansion across your portfolio.
• Lead commercial conversations around renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
• Identify growth opportunities and build strategic account plans that maximize customer lifetime value.

Deliver Customer Success

• Build success plans tailored to each customer's business objectives.
• Monitor customer health and proactively mitigate risks before they impact retention.
• Ensure customers consistently realize value from Applift's solutions and services.

Partner Across the Organization

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent the voice of the customer and influence product improvements and internal processes.
• Work cross-functionally to solve complex customer challenges and unlock new opportunities.

Own Performance

• Maintain accurate forecasting for renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, improve customer outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience managing strategic or enterprise customer accounts.
• Strong commercial experience owning renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business decisions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning business outcomes independently.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience in AdTech, Mobile, or Digital Marketing.
• Familiarity with ASO, SEO, Paid UA, or Performance Marketing.
