Validate system-level performance of Apple SoCs and key modules by executing system tests through automation frameworks across various PVT corners. Triage and debug failures, characterize functional voltages, and develop new test methodologies including AI/ML and computer-vision based testing.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience in hardware/software architecture and complex system interoperability. Proficiency in Python and experience with SoC integration, debug, or validation is essential.
