You will be responsible for the full sales cycle within Enterprise and Mid-Market organizations, from initial contact to closing deals. Additionally, you will contribute to the company's growth by developing new market segments and shaping the Go-to-Market strategy.
The ideal candidate has 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales or full-cycle account management within a SaaS environment. You must possess a proven track record of exceeding commercial targets and be able to communicate persuasively at the executive level in both Dutch and English.

Appical is een toonaangevend SaaS-platform voor digitale employee onboarding. Met ons platform helpen we enterprise- en mid-market HR-teams om nieuwe medewerkers sneller productief te maken, ongewenst verloop te verminderen en kostbare tijd te besparen.
We staan aan het begin van een nieuwe groeifase en hebben de ambitie om onze ARR de komende jaren flink uit te bouwen. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren Senior Account Executive die energie krijgt van het winnen van nieuwe klanten, complexe salestrajecten én het meedenken over onze commerciële groei in Nederland en Europa.
Dit is een rol voor iemand die graag initiatief neemt, kansen ziet en zelfstandig impact maakt.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige salescyclus binnen Enterprise- en Mid-Market organisaties: van de eerste kennismaking tot een succesvolle samenwerking.
Je ontwikkelt en beheert je eigen pipeline door een sterke combinatie van outbound sales en inbound leads.
Je bent proactief in het benaderen van nieuwe prospects via telefoon, e-mail, LinkedIn en AI-gedreven outreach.
Je voert gesprekken met verschillende C-level stakeholders bij enterprise klanten, waaronder HR, IT en Finance, en begeleidt complexe besluitvormingstrajecten.
Je onderhandelt en sluit deals met (internationale) enterprise-organisaties.
Je signaleert kansen in de markt en helpt nieuwe segmenten en regio's binnen Europa verder te ontwikkelen.
Je denkt actief mee over onze Go-to-Market-strategie en commerciële aanpak.
Je bouwt aan strategische partnerships die bijdragen aan onze groei.
Je werkt nauw samen met het leadershipteam en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan onze commerciële koers.
Je bent een ondernemende salesprofessional die graag nieuwe business ontwikkelt en eigenaarschap neemt over je resultaten.
Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:
Minimaal 5 tot 7 jaar ervaring in B2B Enterprise Sales of full-cycle accountmanagement binnen een SaaS-omgeving.
Een aantoonbaar trackrecord in het behalen én overtreffen van commerciële doelstellingen.
Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je prettig in een omgeving met veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid.
Je communiceert overtuigend op directieniveau, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
Je bent resultaatgericht, nieuwsgierig, pragmatisch en denkt in oplossingen.
Bij Appical krijg je de ruimte om echt het verschil te maken binnen een ambitieuze scale-up met internationale groeiplannen.
Je kunt rekenen op:
Een basissalaris tussen € 5.300,- en € 7.000,- bruto per maand.
Een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling die kan oplopen tot vier maandsalarissen, gekoppeld aan commerciële resultaten (ARR).
Veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid om je eigen markt, pipeline en aanpak vorm te geven.
Een sleutelrol waarin jouw bijdrage direct zichtbaar is binnen de organisatie.
