The Building Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of all facility systems and equipment. This role involves leading the Building Systems team, managing budgets, and executing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe and efficient facility performance.
Candidates must hold an Engineering Degree, Technologist Diploma, or a Second Class Stationary Engineering Certificate. A minimum of eight years of experience in large-scale physical plant management is required, with preference given to those with pharmaceutical or GMP systems experience.

As manager of the Building Systems team your responsibilities will include the management and coordination of all building services-related activities in a customer focused manner. You will demonstrate an ability to apply best practices in the operation and maintenance of all Apotex facilities in a safe, efficient, reliable and fully compliant manner.

The hiring range for this position is $109,933.56 - $153,906 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
