Lead the construction and repair of critical stormwater infrastructure, including underground utilities and concrete structures. Operate heavy machinery and document field observations while maintaining strict safety standards across various project sites.
Requires 5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience and proficiency in operating heavy equipment. Must be able to travel regionally over 85% of the time and perform strenuous manual labor in various weather conditions.

Position: Stormwater Construction Foreman (Heavy equipment/Concrete)
Location: Wilmington, DE
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, 40-55 hours per week
Regional Travel: Required, typically 85% or more through company vehicle. We provide $68 per diem on out-of-town travel days.
