The Mission
We are looking for a VP Commercial to build and lead a high-impact commercial engine across the Group.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a transformation and scale role.
You will own total revenue performance, commercial cost discipline and portfolio-wide systemisation — turning strategy into measurable financial results.
Your Impact
- Full ownership of Group commercial performance and P&L delivery
- Leadership of an integrated commercial function: Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Distribution & Analytics
- Optimise revenue acquisition costs and distribution mix to ensure profitable growth
- Maximise profitable long-term sales contracts and strategic commercial partnerships
- Build and continuously develop a strong, performance-driven commercial organisation across the Group and property level
- Driving RevPAR index growth and EBITDA improvement across markets
- Increasing direct channel share and reducing OTA dependency
- Building scalable commercial standards across 17+ properties
- Leading market entry positioning, commercial strategy and pre-opening execution to ensure long-term sustainable performance.
- Structuring and elevating central and property-level commercial teams
- Embedding data-driven decision-making across the portfolio
- Partnering with Finance and Operations to drive asset value growth
You will integrate Rooms, F&B, MICE and ancillary revenue into one aligned revenue strategy — not silos.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years in senior hospitality commercial leadership
- Multi-property or group-level commercial experience
- Strong revenue management and analytical mindset
- Experienced in integrating Sales, Marketing and Revenue into one system
- Proven in building commercial organisations, not just managing them
- Comfortable operating at board and owner level
- System thinker with transformation experience
- Digitally fluent and performance-obsessed
