The Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering personalized one-on-one and group training sessions while managing training sales and client communications. They must conduct fitness assessments and maintain a safe, welcoming environment to help members achieve their health goals.
A valid certification from recognized organizations such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, or ISSA is required. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fitness, with previous experience in sales and customer service preferred.
