Responsible for the independent execution of daily accounting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to UGB. The role also involves managing real estate and rental accounting, payroll interfaces, and optimizing accounting processes.
Requires a commercial education (HAK, FH, or University) and a completed certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) qualification. Candidates must have several years of relevant professional experience and proficiency in SAP, ideally combined with experience in property management software.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich Bilanzbuchhaltung, die Verantwortung übernimmt und aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse beiträgt.
Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis (39 Wochenstunden) mindestens EUR 3.400,--.
Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen.
