The Global Engineering Operations Manager is responsible for defining engineering governance, KPIs, and capacity planning frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field and 8-12+ years of experience in engineering operations or technical programme leadership. Reporting to the Senior Global Engineering Director the Global Engineering Operations Manager is accountable for defining and driving engineering governance, KPIs, portfolio visibility, capacity planning frameworks, and standardized processes and tools. It enables data-driven decision-making, alignment across regions, and improved execution outcomes across all engineering functions.
