The assistant will manage calendars, travel, and communications for a Talent Manager and their clients. Key duties include editing actor self-tapes, coordinating with industry professionals, and pitching clients for new projects.
Candidates need 1-2 years of experience at an agency, management, or production company. Proficiency with MacBook software and knowledge of Breakdown Services are required.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant who has a genuine passion for being a part of our mission. This position will be supporting a Talent Manager located in our Culver City office. At this time, this role is in-person five days per week.
