TheEarly Careers Partnerplays a key role in supporting Early Careers colleaguesacross Anglian Water and our Alliances, acting as a trusted partner throughout their learning journey.
You'llbe responsible forcreating an outstanding learner experience by providing support,monitoringprogress and performance, and ensuring colleagues have the tools,guidanceand opportunities they need to succeed. Working closely with line managers,mentors,learning providers,collegesandour widerPeople teamto ensure we have effective support in place,you'llhelpidentifyrisksand opportunitiesto guarantee our early careers colleagues have the best possible experience.
Please note that regular travel across the Anglian Water region will berequiredto support learners, managers,learning providersandotherEarly Careers activities.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the key point of contact for apprenticesandgraduates throughout their programme
Providing support and guidance to help learners thrive and succeed
Monitoring learner progress, engagement and performance,identifyingand addressing risks early
Working closely with line managers, learning providers and colleges to deliver a positive learner experience
Supporting learners through key programme milestones, including gateways and End Point Assessments (EPAs)
Building strong relationships with colleges,universitiesand training providers
Partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop future talent pipelines
Supporting attraction activities, careersand selectionevents and employerbrand initiatives across the region
Maintaining programme governance, learner data and reporting to measure success and drive improvement

Experience within Early Careers, Apprenticeships, Talent, Learning &Developmentor a related fieldis preferred
A passion for supporting people to learn, develop and achieve their potential
Strong relationshipbuilding skills,with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
