The Bartender is responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences and specialty cocktails while ensuring efficient bar operations. Key duties include managing inventory, processing billing via Simphony, and maintaining a clean, sanitized workspace.
Candidates must possess expertise in mixology, beverage service, and guest relations. Proficiency in POS management and adherence to health and safety protocols are also required.
