About the role
We are seeking motivated, consultative sales professionals with an interest in media, marketing, advertising, and business solutions to support new business development and revenue growth across the organization. This evergreen role is designed to build a pipeline of sales talent for current and future opportunities across our organization, including client-direct sales, media sales, corporate trade, new business development, and other growth-focused functions. We welcome candidates across a range of experience levels, from early-career sales professionals to seasoned business development leaders, depending on business needs and opportunity alignment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven seller who can identify new opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, understand client business challenges, and communicate tailored value propositions. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams to develop thoughtful client solutions.
Specific responsibilities, level, and reporting structure may vary depending on business needs and organizational alignment.
This position follows a hybrid work model with regular in-office collaboration in either our Pearl River, NY or New York City office.
What you'll do
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities with qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across client and agency organizations.
- Develop a strong understanding of client objectives, challenges, spending activity, and potential business needs.
- Partner with internal sales, media, finance, marketing, and operations teams to shape effective client solutions.
- Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects and clients.
- Support or lead sales presentations, pitch preparation, RFP responses, and follow-up efforts.
- Maintain accurate prospecting, pipeline, and activity information in CRM systems.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on account strategy, prospect prioritization, and go-to-market planning.
- Represent the organization professionally in client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.
- Sales, business development, account management, media, advertising, corporate trade, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear business solutions.
- Self-starter with strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a consultative, relationship-based sales environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, programmatic advertising, CTV, corporate trade, or barter solutions is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate in an entrepreneurial environment.

Travel
Travel may be required based on business needs, client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
The base salary for this role is up to $150,000. The successful candidate's compensation will depend on the actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
