As a Kaiārahi Ratonga Delivery Lead, you will lead a squad in the successful delivery of integration platforms and solutions that connect systems, processes and data to align with business outcomes and value drivers. Work with and manage a broad group of key stakeholders across the business and technology to define commitments and deliver integration outcomes in a complex, interconnected environment, ensuring solutions are delivered at pace without compromising quality, stability or supportability. 

 
This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract 

You will have the opportunity to 

• Lead a squad delivering integration platforms and solutions (BOOMI, Azure) that connect systems and drive business value. 
• Manage a broad group of stakeholders across the business and technology. 
• Turn stakeholder requirements into clear roadmaps, plans and delivery outcomes. 
• Balance speed of delivery with quality, stability and long-term supportability. 
• Work within a model where integration platforms are centrally governed, but you'll own delivery embedded in your squad. 
• Collaborate closely with platform, tooling and infrastructure teams to keep delivery aligned end-to-end. 

What you’ll bring to Z 

• Proven experience delivering integration solutions within a squad-based delivery model. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building relationships across business and technical teams. 
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear roadmaps, plans and prioritised backlogs. 
• Excellent organisational skills - owning a backlog, juggling competing priorities and keeping delivery on track. 
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros) and leading teams through them. 
• A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across centralised platform teams and embedded squad delivery. 
• Strong reporting and communication skills, with the ability to bring transparency to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000 per annum
