You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure successful onboarding, retention, and expansion. Additionally, you will serve as the voice of the customer internally to drive product improvements and refine success workflows.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within a SaaS environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required to manage complex relationships and drive growth.
