The Superintendent is responsible for planning and supervising field operations to ensure project delivery within budget, time, and contractual commitments. This includes managing labor productivity, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards to minimize rework.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of construction experience, including successful supervisory experience on major projects in the USA. Proven competence in commercial construction planning and strong leadership skills are required.
Amoroso Construction is seeking a qualified Superintendent to join our team. Under the direction of the Operations Manager/Project Executive, the field Superintendent is responsible for the planning and supervision of field operations to achieve delivery of the assigned phase within budgetary, time and contractual commitments. The position requires a sound working relationship with the Project Manager and similarly sound relationships with subcontractors, unions, architects, consultants, and peers.
