Support the end-to-end execution of creator marketing campaigns, including briefing, coordination, and reporting. Manage recurring programs such as creator mailers and UGC initiatives across e-commerce platforms.
Requires 2-3 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably within the beauty or hair industry. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred along with proficiency in tools like Tribe Dynamics and CreatorIQ.

amika’s influencer marketing associate manager will support the execution of creator marketing campaigns across paid + earned initiatives. reporting to the influencer marketing manager, this role will help bring influencer campaigns to life from briefing through reporting, while managing recurring programs including creator mailers + UGC initiatives. the ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented + passionate about influencer marketing, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class creator partnerships.
salary: $82,000 + bonus
location: LA (must be based in LA + have the right to work in the US)
