【職務概要】
担当エリアにおいて、大学病院・基幹病院・皮膚科開業医を中心とした医療機関への情報提供活動を 通じて、オテズラの適正使用を推進し、患者さんの治療アウトカム向上と市場シェア拡大を実現します。
市場分析・顧客分析をもとに戦略的なエリアプランを策定し、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら成果創出をリードしていただきます。

• 担当エリアにおける営業戦略・アカウントプランの策定および実行
• 大学病院・基幹病院・地域中核病院・開業医への製品情報提供活動
• KOL／OLとの信頼関係構築およびエンゲージメント強化
• 講演会・勉強会・P2Pプログラム等の企画・運営・フォローアップ
• Patient Journeyを踏まえた患者中心の治療提案活動
• AE（有害事象）マネジメントを含めた適正使用の推進
• 市場データ・顧客データを活用したターゲティングおよびPDCAの実践
• デジタルチャネルを活用した顧客エンゲージメントの推進

• MR認定資格を有していること
• 普通自動車運転免許を有していること
• 医療用医薬品営業経験（目安3年以上）
• 大学病院・基幹病院におけるOLマネジメントおよび、課題解決につながる講演会の企画・実施において優れた実績・経験を有していること
• 対象疾患を捉えた総合的な治療提案（AEマネジメントを含む）からフォローアップまで、一貫した患者中心の営業活動を実践していること
• 製品・疾患・病態に関する知識を主体的かつ継続的に習得し、自ら学び続ける姿勢を有していること
• 市場分析・顧客分析・ターゲティングをもとにエリア戦略を立案し、状況変化に応じて機敏かつ柔軟に対応できる論理的思考力を有していること
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力・調整能力・交渉能力を有し、社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら成果を創出した経験があること
• 担当エリアにおいて継続的に優れた営業実績を上げていること
