Oversee facility maintenance and lead the maintenance team to ensure equipment is ready for production according to the daily schedule. Inspect machinery daily and report failures to the maintenance manager to ensure quality work and operational efficiency.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, with vocational or technical certifications strongly preferred. Candidates must have demonstrated leadership experience and technical proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and welding repairs.
