Provides operational and administrative support to the Investment Services team, including account maintenance and customer service requests. Acts as a liaison between financial consultants, vendors, and the broker-dealer back office to resolve issues and process business.
Requires at least one year of customer service or sales experience, preferably within the financial services industry. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to obtain specific insurance and securities licenses (SIE, 7, 66) is preferred.
Supports the Investment Services team and Licensed Branch Employees (LBEs) with operational tasks, customer service requests, new account opening/maintenance and product research.
