The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of production machinery and the physical plant. This includes conducting scheduled maintenance, diagnosing equipment problems, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
Candidates need three to five years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields, specifically with polyethylene film manufacturing machinery. Required skills include welding, basic manufacturing wiring, and the ability to work at heights.
