Operate lift and clamp trucks to safely load, unload, and move materials and rolls throughout the facility. Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to OHSE policies and supporting press operations.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and one to three years of related production experience. Candidates must possess strong mechanical ability and the physical capacity to lift up to 75 lbs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
High School diploma (or GED), one to three years related production experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have very good mechanical and physical ability. Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of all company equipment.
Must be ability to lift to 75 lbs is required. This position may require prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending and/or reaching, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching with hands and arms, hearing, and speaking. Must be able to hold, touch, feel and manipulate with hands product and equipment in a safe manner. Manual dexterity is required. Use of close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to rotate shifts as required and be available to work more than 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary to meet customer product needs.
