The Software Development Manager will lead a high-performing team to build and maintain the Amazon MSK service while contributing to the underlying Apache Kafka open-source platform. Candidates must have over 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a management role. Proficiency in designing large-scale, high-traffic systems and experience with streaming data technologies are essential.
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
