The Operations Manager leads and develops a team of salaried and hourly employees to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. They are responsible for driving efficiency through data-driven decisions and managing the end-to-end workflow of the fulfillment network.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of performance management experience or a combination of education and Amazon experience. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long periods.
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
