The CSR is responsible for establishing positive customer relationships and managing orders, pricing, and billing. They serve as the primary internal representative, conveying product expertise and coordinating requirements with the support team.
Candidates should ideally have print shop and Adobe Suite experience, though it is not required. The role requires a coachable self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
