The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for verifying invoices, processing payments to vendors, and maintaining accounts payable and receivable records. Additional duties include reconciling vendor statements and preparing 1099 forms.
Candidates should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience in accounts payable and receivable functions. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for this role.
