The officer is responsible for patrolling assigned properties to deter suspicious activity and monitoring entryways to ensure safety. They must maintain detailed reports of daily activities and respond to critical incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and a clean driving record. Prior security experience and a current armed license are considered a plus.
