Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Steward in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier hospitality location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this dynamic role, you will support guests and staff through strong communication and teamwork while reflecting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative culture built on integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, public areas, entrances, hallways, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general questions, and support a professional atmosphere at the location.
• Assist with closing and opening routines, support incident response as needed, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or local authorities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
