The Controls Technician is responsible for maintaining plant operations by troubleshooting industrial electrical systems and automation control failures. Key duties include diagnosing 480V systems, optimizing VFDs, and ensuring maximum uptime for automated production systems.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical diagnostics within a high-volume manufacturing environment. An associate degree in Industrial Electronics or a certified apprenticeship is preferred.

The Controls Technician is responsible for anchoring our plant maintenance operations by bridging the gap between high-level industrial electrical systems and precise electronic hardware. As a Controls Technician, you will serve as the primary authority on automation control failures across our manufacturing facility, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency for our automated stamping, welding, rolling, and production paint systems.
