The General Laborer supports shop operations by performing various tasks to ensure continuous product flow and high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, adhering to safety protocols, and producing parts based on production lists.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable with the physical demands of lifting up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with basic power tools and a willingness to be cross-trained in different departments are required.
