Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team when necessary.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Requirements

• Active student status with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using customer support software and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
