The Quality Technician is responsible for maintaining internal quality systems, conducting process and product audits, and investigating non-conformances. They collaborate with production and engineering departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with measurement tools, and strong analytical skills are required.
The Quality Tech is responsible for all aspects of the internal quality systems program, including, but not limited to: Testing materials, execution, follow-up and re-validate, if necessary. Maintaining systems and information management. Quality Tech reviews protocols, qualification, and validation procedures documented by the organization. The Quality Tech is expected to follow the procedures and drive consistency of criterion and following best practices across the organization. If a manufactured product does not meet quality specifications, the Quality Tech investigates and reports the findings. The Quality Tech is results and compliant orientated, has a dedication to excellence and sense of urgency to achieve business objectives.
