We're hiring a Commercial Performance Manager to sit at the heart of our Insights & Analytics team and orchestrate commercial steering together with our Chief Growth and Chief Marketing Officers. In this role, you'll translate forecasts, marketing mix modeling, and analytical insights into clear, actionable goals for our market teams and channels — connecting the dots between data, decisions, and outcomes. This is one of the most directly impactful roles in our growth organization. You won't just produce analyses — you'll shape how the business sets targets, allocates spend, and measures success. If you want a seat at the table where commercial decisions actually get made, this is it.
You'll be a key thought partner to the CGO, CMO and senior commercial leaders, helping the business answer the question: "What is driving our performance, what should we do next, and how do we know it will work.
