Responsible for performing preventive and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize production downtime. This includes troubleshooting mechanical issues and maintaining key technologies like Multivac machines and auxiliary systems.
Requires at least 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician. Proficiency in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking is mandatory.
As a Mechanical Technician you will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring manufacturing equipment operates safely and efficiently to minimize production downtime.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for manufacturing machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out corrective actions.
Maintain motors, pumps, bearings, conveyors, palletizers, and packaging equipment.
Handle maintenance activities for key technologies, multivac machines and auxiliary systems.
Monitor machine performance and improve operational efficiency.
Replace defective mechanical parts and ensure proper machine alignment and calibration.
Support production team during machine setup and changeover activities.
Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Coordinate with OEM service engineers when required
2+ years of similar experience as a maintenance technician.
English language proficiency - Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking.
