Responsible for the assembly, testing, and packaging of products according to quality and quantity standards. Tasks include recording quality data and ensuring compliance with ISO stipulations and ESD practices.
Requires fundamental product assembly experience and a basic understanding of quality control and TQM. Candidates should possess basic English communication skills and PC operation proficiency.
- Assemble, test and pack products or subassemblies to quality and quantity standards defined by the work area and release on time the products or subassemblies into stock.
- Finish production line tasks on time according to monthly build plan.
- Collect, record and file test results and quality data on forms, charts, graphs, terminals, etc. for product/process control. If needed, submit to statistician for filing.
- Perform in accordance with process document to ensure process consistence and compliance with ISO stipulation.
- Strictly implement ESD practice.
- Inform supervisor, engineer or statistician of material, tooling or process problems that may affect production schedules or product quality.
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with Agilent's Standard of Business Conduct.
-Fundamental product assembly experience, familiar with production process.
- Promote teamwork and cooperative effect.
-Good understanding of quality control, such as TQM
-Basic English communication ability. Basic PC operation skills.
