The Occupational Therapist assesses resident function and adaptive behavior to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide therapeutic interventions that promote health, restore function, and ensure resident comfort.
Candidates must hold a Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy or a Rehabilitation Therapist Diploma and be in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory board. A minimum of two years of geriatric clinical experience is preferred, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
