The Senior Product Analyst independently manages compliance and maintenance for the Aeries SIS, focusing on interpreting regulatory changes and authoring requirements. They serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, vendors, and customers while championing AI tool adoption within the team.
Candidates need 5+ years of SaaS experience and deep knowledge of federal and state reporting (specifically Texas or California). Proficiency in SQL, Gherkin, and UAT is required, along with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you independently own the compliance and maintenance work for multiple areas of the Aeries SIS, primarily focused on Texas. You interpret regulatory change, author the requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases for your areas, write and execute those tests, and are the trusted point of contact – for customers, vendors, and agencies alike – in every area you own. You make sound decisions with minimal direction, escalating only what’s genuinely ambiguous.
Beyond your own areas, you actively champion the use of AI tools across the team – helping others work faster and better, not just doing so yourself.
