Provide practical HR support and guidance to managers and employees while handling employee relations cases using ACAS best practices. Drive the modernization of the People function by automating processes and implementing AI and digital solutions to improve employee experience.
Candidates should have experience in Employee Relations, HR Systems, or Process Improvement. The role requires a problem-solver who is curious about AI and automation and is comfortable challenging the status quo to improve HR efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
Work with managers and employees to provide practical HR support and guidance.
Support manager with employee relations cases coaching and guiding using ACAS best practice
Work autonomously Improve, simplify and automate People processes.
Drive AI, technology and digital solutions across the People function.
Create tools, resources and self-service solutions that empower managers.
Challenge outdated ways of working and introduce innovative alternatives.
Use data, insight and curiosity to solve complex people problems.
Contribute to transformation projects that improve how HR supports the business.
