The Project Site Commissioning Manager is responsible for planning and executing all pre-commissioning, startup, and operational readiness activities for power generation projects. They serve as the primary interface between engineering, construction, and operations to ensure systems are safely validated and transferred to commercial operation.
Candidates must have 10-15+ years of experience in power generation, industrial commissioning, or construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A strong background in combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) or thermal generation facilities and knowledge of industry safety standards is required.

Project Site Commissioning Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and safely executing all pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, testing, turnover, and operational readiness activities required from construction turnover to commercial operation. Provides leadership and oversight for all commissioning and startup activities associated with a power generation project, including combined cycle, simple cycle, reciprocating engine, renewable, and conventional thermal generation facilities. The role serves as the primary interface between Engineering, Construction, Operations, Owners, Vendors, and OEM representatives to ensure systems are tested, validated, and transferred safely and efficiently from construction completion through commercial operation.
