Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and proficiency in network diagnostics and computer hardware. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Our Field Operations team is the hands-on force that brings our smart security solutions to life. From installation and service to troubleshooting and customer education, these team members are the face of our company in homes and businesses across the country.
You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the installation and support of advanced low-voltage systems (under 50V). You’ll work hands-on in customer homes, ensuring systems are installed, tested, and configured for optimal performance and reliability. You’ll be at the forefront of building customer trust through quality workmanship, technical expertise, and clear communication. You will:
