The Associate Customer Success Manager will own the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting and closing, while managing client relationships to drive adoption and renewals. They will also identify expansion opportunities and represent the company at industry events to increase brand visibility.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within SaaS, AdTech, or consulting, along with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, as well as strong consultative selling skills and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.

As an Associate Customer Success Manager based in Beijing(Onsite) or Shenzhen(Hybrid), you will join our China team and own both the new business development and ongoing client success efforts within your region. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in both sales and relationship management, bringing in new logos while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
You will be the face of Adjust to your clients—strategically guiding them to success, increasing adoption of our products, and identifying upsell opportunities that drive mutual growth.
