Develop innovative omnichannel engagement plans and brand experiences for senior healthcare clients using research and customer journey mapping. Lead day-to-day account activity, mentor junior strategists, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and at least 6 years of experience in healthcare marketing. Candidates must be proficient in collaboration tools and possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
