Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing analytics strategies that drive business growth. Oversee data extraction, analysis, and the communication of key findings to optimize customer experiences and marketing effectiveness.
Requires 8-10 years of experience in marketing analytics with expertise in digital tools like Google Analytics and data infrastructure such as SQL. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or marketing field is preferred along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
