The Respiratory Therapist provides specialized respiratory care to ventilator-dependent patients in home and alternate care settings. They are responsible for performing clinical assessments, educating caregivers, and collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold an associate degree from an AMA-approved respiratory program and possess at least one year of clinical experience with ventilator exposure. A valid, unrestricted respiratory therapist license and CPR certification are required.

The Respiratory Therapist Vent is a Field Clinician who delivers specialized respiratory care to ventilator dependent patients in home and alternate care settings. This role combines hands on patient care, education, and collaboration with physicians and care teams to support safe, coordinated, and high quality outcomes outside the hospital.
This is a field and in-office role that involves travel

In accordance with California law, candidates applying for positions located in California that require on-site presence at a Home Medical Device Retailer (HMDR) facility must obtain a California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Exemptee License. This license requires completion of state-approved training and a course completion certificate, as HMDR facilities are required to have an Exemptee physically present during all hours of operation in lieu of a pharmacist. Applicants must include proof of required training with their license application or disclose their intent to obtain.
