You will be responsible for building and managing a network of UGC creators in Poland, including scouting, selecting, and coordinating content production. Additionally, you will adapt and localize German scripts and content to ensure they are culturally and linguistically authentic for the Polish market.
The ideal candidate is a native Polish speaker with excellent German skills and a deep understanding of the Polish e-commerce and social media landscape. Previous experience in UGC, influencer management, or creator coordination is highly desired.
