Provide administrative support and customer service by coordinating medical exams and drug screenings between examinees and network providers. Manage the examination process using supporting software, including scheduling, tracking progress, and recording results for billing.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Candidates must have customer service experience and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

This casual/part-time position is responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to all Acuity team members on a medical exam or drug screening program within the Occupational Health Services business unit. Coordinates with examinees and network providers to schedule employment-related examinations. Interacts daily with other Acuity team members and provider network partners. Hours may vary to include weekends.
