Lead overall operations for the Newport Beach market, managing a personal portfolio of vacation homes while supervising a team of Local Operations Managers. Accountable for financial performance, owner satisfaction, and ensuring all properties meet company quality standards.
Requires 5+ years of experience in hospitality or property management with a proven track record of team leadership and P&L management. Must possess a valid driver's license and be familiar with the Orange County coastal market.

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead our Orange County operations. In this player-coach role, you will personally manage a portfolio of vacation homes as the primary point of contact for those owners, while also leading and developing a team of Local Operations Managers responsible for the rest of the market. You'll be accountable for the operational performance, owner satisfaction, and growth of the Orange County portfolio — balancing hands-on portfolio ownership with team leadership to ensure every home is guest-ready, well-maintained, and meeting Company standards.
